About Us

Blossoms of Hope’s mission, to enhance our quality of life is achieved through three unique approaches:

• Beautifying the community with 3,200 Kwanzan Cherry, red bud and Native Dogwood trees blossoming throughout Howard County and the region.

• Contributing more than $750,000 to the community for cancer-related and other causes, including to the Claudia Mayer/Tina Broccolino Cancer Resource Center, Gilchrist, Arc of Howard County, Camp Attaway, Zaching Against Cancer, Bryanna's Love, Respite Retreats, Ohana of Howard County, First Generation College Bound, Ellicott City Partnership and others.

• Supporting mental wellness in our community through three branches:

  1. Elementary Schools - Calming Corners in each classroom
  2. Middle and High Schools - Fostering Hope Summits, Ambassadors Club
  3. Respite Spaces
