What to Expect in the Spring Fostering Hope Mental Health Summit: Mask Off
Join us for the upcoming Fostering Hope Mental Health Summit: Unmasked on April 11 — a day dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of both students and the adults who care for them.
Open to students in grades 7–12 and their parents or guardians, this summit will continue the mission of our past gatherings by providing a safe, supportive space to learn, connect, and grow.
Our Spring summit theme, “Mask Off,” focuses on helping individuals explore ways to express themselves authentically and comfortably. Through guided conversations and interactive sessions, students will learn healthy ways to “unmask” at their own pace, while adults will receive practical guidance on supporting the teens in their lives.
The day will feature:
-
Separate sessions for students and adults
-
Opportunities to hear from mental health specialists
-
Tools and strategies to support mental wellness
-
Breakfast, lunch, and snacks
-
Transportation assistance if needed
-
Giveaways and community resources
Adults will also have the opportunity to ask questions and gain insights from experts about supporting teens through today’s mental health challenges.
More details about speakers, sessions, and resources will be shared as they become available.
We look forward to coming together as a community to continue fostering hope, understanding, and support for our youth and families.

Student-Curated Fall 2025 Summit Playlist
During the Plugged In breakout session, students came together to create a playlist filled with songs that inspire hope, motivation, and good vibes. It’s a mix of their voices, moods, and messages — all through music.
