What is the Fostering Hope Mental Health Summit?

The Fostering Hope Summit is an all-expense-paid leadership opportunity offering students an exclusive chance to step into a high-impact experience focused on mental health, leadership, and peer advocacy.

If selected to attend, students will gain priority access to future Ambassador Program experiences, including high-demand opportunities such as Krav Maga self-defense training, Teen Mental Health First Aid certification, QPR and CPR certification courses.

This exclusive mental health summit is designed as an immersive exploration of positive behavior supports, with a focus on how students can better understand, practice, and model these strategies for both themselves and their peers in real-world, applied environments. Participants will engage in meaningful discussions, hands-on learning, and collaborative problem-solving centered on student well-being and school climate.

This is more than a summit—it is a launch point for students ready to lead, serve, and create lasting impact in their schools and communities.

Interested in taking it a step further? Become a S.H.A.P.E Club Ambassador, students also receive premier consideration for leadership roles in the Seeds of Hope Fundraiser, including shaping the service project and presentation format. Ambassadors will also have opportunities to lead and participate in community school-based service projects, while earning service hours not only for participation, but also for meaningful contributions to planning, organizing, and executing student-led initiatives and fundraisers.
